  • It is our company policy to use our own lighting to ensure quality. We can not replace lights with the correct colors. Using other products creates an issue with power not always being the same as with our products.

  • We Lease our lights. Leasing is a luxury service available to everyone that is 100% hands-off! We take care of everything for you.

    • Allows us to Guarantee your products and you never have to pay to have them replaced.

    • We can change out colors in the future at no additional fee. This allows us to keep year 1 costs down.

    • We inspect/test all products each year to ensure they are in “like new” condition before they ever go out to the site.

  • You will receive a fully filled-out quote including all of the costs associated. We build our labor into the cost of your lease. The quote you receive is the price you pay! We’ll also send over a mock-up of your house with the design of lights and décor you have chosen based on your budget.

  • Yes! With limited time during the installation period, all jobs must be prescheduled and a 50% deposit to hold the date.

  • Yes, we do! We offer discounts through various promotions, and to clients that sign a 2+ year lease agreement.

  • Each part of your property is priced differently when quoting. Roof lines, ridges, bushes, window and garage outlines, and trees are charged a different price per foot. Please inquire for pricing!

  • Yes! We carry a large General Liability policy and Workers’ Compensation to protect you, and to protect our staff. Ask us for a copy of our COI!
